Shipping Policy: The Art of the Wait

At Petrichor Candle Studio, we do not believe in industrial haste. Every sculpture—from the Obsidian Sovereign to our Caryatid Columns—is poured to order and requires a mandatory 14-day studio cure. This ensures the Candle Science soy wax reaches its maximum structural integrity and scent clarity before it begins its journey to you.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 14–18 business days for your order to be poured, cured, and hand-detailed.

  • Carrier: We ship via UPS and USPS Priority to ensure your sculptures spend as little time in transit as possible.

  • Tracking: You will receive a "Ready for the Reset" email with tracking information the moment your sculpture leaves our Lewisville studio.

  • Climate Note: During summer months, we ship Monday–Wednesday only to prevent your soy pillars from sitting in transit facilities over the weekend.

Returns & Exchanges: The Sovereign Standard

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our hand-detailed sculptures, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

  • Damages: We take immense care in our packaging, using Honeycomb Protective Wrap to secure every serpentine detail. However, if your sculpture arrives damaged during the "storm" of transit, please email [Your Email] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the original packaging. We will prioritize a replacement for you.

  • Artistic Variance: Please note that The Gilded Shadow and Alabaster Relic are hand-detailed with gold leaf. Minor variations in gold placement are a hallmark of the artist's hand and are not considered defects.
