For years, my world was defined by the relentless rhythm of the industrial floor—loud, taxing, and disconnected. It was a life lived in a permanent storm. But I knew that the air is always cleanest, and the world is always quietest, immediately after the rain.

I founded Petrichor Candle Studio in Lewisville, Texas, to capture that specific moment of clarity. This studio is my personal "Reset"—a transition from the noise of the factory to the serenity of the studio, and from survival to intentionality.

The Studio Standard

To ensure the sculptural integrity of our work and the clarity of our atmosphere, we adhere to a strictly controlled, vessel-free process:

• Pristine Environment: Every piece is hand-poured in a smoke-free and pet-free environment to ensure the absolute purity of the scent and wax.

• The Form: We have moved away from traditional vessels to focus on the raw, tactile beauty of the candle itself. By removing the container, we invite you to witness the art transform as it burns.

• The Fuel: We use professional-grade Soy Pillar Wax, specifically chosen for its ability to hold the surgical detail of our mythic sculptures while providing a clean, botanical burn.

• The Cure: A mandatory 14-day cure is required for every sculpture to ensure maximum scent throw and full structural strength before it leaves the studio.

• The Signature: We utilize a curated wick strategy. We pair rhythmic, natural wood wicks with our complex, atmospheric sculptures for a sensory crackle, while our architectural columns feature braided cotton wicks for a silent, steady glow.
